Domestic violence, divorce and victim advocacy in California family court is New Life Advocacy's specialty, with a primary focus on child custody cases.

If you are a victim of domestic violence, or know someone who is, you will want him or her to be totally prepared to disengage legally from the perpetrator. When children are involved, the perpetrator parent will often use family court litigation to re-victimize the family by contesting custody, which leads to a long cause custody dispute. Being prepared is essential. Chief Justice Ronald M.
